RICK "THE DRUNK" RICKETTS COMES TO MEMPHIS

Rick Ricketts, of YTB, is a second-generation drunk. His daddy was a drunk and killed several people one night in a car wreck. Rick has not fallen too far from the same distillery. He is arrogant and only is concerned about himself and how much money he makes. He never uses the money for any good to help others but instead talks bout all the jet skis, watches, planes, and house he has bought for himself. If you have ever wanted to get nauseous about how wonderful someone thinks he is... it is Rick ad-nausem- Ricketts. Now, I was in Memphis, TN for a YTB training last spring when Rick Ricketts came to town for a CRTA training. (CRTA stands for Certified Referring Travel Agent). The CRTA School is a mini-school in which YTB agents are given just enough info (for $200) to make them dangerous. When they leave this little 6 hours school the YTB rep thinks they know all there is about travel... in fact, they do not know enough to fill a thimble.

Like I stated earlier, Rick Ricketts was in town for this "training." He spent very little time in the actual training room but instead spent much of his time in the lobby at the bar in this Hilton getting inebriated (DRUNK). When it was Rick's time to speak, he was incoherent and was unable to continue. He then got off the subject of training and began to ramble about how his father was a drunk and had killed six people in a car accident several years earlier. THIS WAS SO FAR OFF TRACK IT WAS NOT FUNNY. OVER TWO HUNDRED PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WE IN DISBELIEF OF THIS PERSON'S RAMBLINGS. This sidebar had nothing to do with the training at hand.

Rick returned back to the bar in the lobby of the hotel after he spoke. When the training was over, one of the trainers and a directly sponsored downline member to Rick, Denson Taylor, was introducing Rick to yet another person in Rick's organization. When Rick turned and asked this person what he had done prior to YTB, this person responded by saying he had worked for the IRS for 35 years as an examiner/auditor. Rick literally fell off his bar stool onto the floor trying to get away form the former IRS agent. IT WAS HYSTERICAL!!!! Ricketts NEVER came abck tot talk to the man but iinstead, exited the lobby quickly.

IF YOU EVER ARE INTRODUCED TO RICK RICKETTS AS A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY- RUN TO THE NEAREST EXIT, DON'T WALK. RICK IS EGOTISTICAL, ARROGANT, HATEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, THEIVING, CONNIVING AND WILL DO NOTHING TO PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING A DOLLAR IF HE CAN GET IT AWAY FROM YOU- EVEN IF YOU ARE IN HIS ORGANIZATION.
